pending. The challan appears to have been wrongly issued against my 4-wheeler, whereas the image clearly shows a 2-wheeler (JH01CK9940). Moreover, how can a helmet violation be imposed on a 4-wheeler?
Kindly look into the matter and withdraw the incorrect challan at the earliest.

This is regarding Challan No. JH4157169240507114441 dated 04.09.2023 issued against vehicle No. JH01CN9940 for “Not Wearing Protective Headgear” u/s 194D of MV Act, 1988.

I had already raised an objection through MoRTH nearly 2 years ago, however the challan is still showing
