Avoid @AmericanAir at any cost. They delayed the flights 3 times. Then cancelled the flight. Rebooked for the next day. Delayed that flight and cancelled that one too. Noone at the customer service desk. Phone line busy. No meal vouchers or hotel bookings. Blamed it on weather.
@AmericanAir My daughter's flight from BTV to CLT was cancelled midway at PHL. You rebooked her on another flight through RDU which is cancelled again. She is stranded at PHL for 24 hours. No meal vouchers, no customer service. No one to help. What's going on.
