Parents stranded at BOS airport for 2 days. AA 4334 cancelled 2days 08/03 and 08/04 back to back and provided no accommodation support. Please put them in next available flight to Columbus today itself. They cannot be left stranded forever in BOS

@ram_pendyala@AmericanAir True, I have not anticipated this. Upon talking to few friends about my situation, I hear this is not a one off situation. Can't believe the passenger gets stranded in an airport that's supposed to be a layover airport and unable to fly to the destination for 3 days
@AmericanAir@etihad@BostonLogan why was AA4334 cancelled today and yesterday? Is it really due to Air traffic issues, any idea? Spirit airlines had taken off from BOS to CMH today also without issues.
@AmericanAir@etihad AA - just an update Etihad confirmed over direct message that it's AA responsibility.... What are your thoughts? What's the possibility of them reaching Columbus today and how? If not what are the options of reimbursing yesterdays and today's stay..?

@BostonLogan Why is the AA 4334 cancelled yesterday 8/03 and today 8/04? AA customer service indicated Yesterday(8/03) it was an air traffic related issue and beyond their control. Is it the same reason today as well? Why are other flights flying out and not AA?
@AJIOLife is the special coupon indicated in mail(screenshot) valid one? I never recvd it and upon asking customer care they say I won't get coupon code for cancellation. Im not demanding a coupon because my order was cancelled but enquiring what I was informed in mail.

Customer care wants me to order the same mobile and stated they cannot accept the return for tempered glass and back cover ordered while I ordered mobile. Pls take those back or arrange mobile for same price...
@HondaCarIndia After all the conversations that is reaching no where, finally I've decided to move on to save my time and energy. Also, I am selling my vehicle and my next upgrade will not be a Honda for sure. Done with Honda. Rusting on 2 doors for a 3yr old car is unacceptable

Could you pls respond to my mail reg 1-26945846021?Been followin up since 4 Jan.Last yr contacted Honda thru 1-25153831353 reg RUST on 2 doors and srvc centr agreed in Oct21 to repaint. Wen I gave car, they say it can't be done. Honda agrees as well.What changed?

@HondaCarIndia Apparently Honda simply washed their hands off and chose not to help customer.After the email conversation, it's commmunicated that rust isn't part of warranty. Insurance also cannot be claimed on the same.i need to shell out money from my pocket to address rusting on 2 doors
