Wen a problem in order, Y zepto chatbot is asking to send email? How about the customer who may not know to send email? Since you have details via chat bot, why don't you create ticket by yourself

How long will it take to deactivate the service? Already 1+ month gone. gimme some ETA, may be 2100 ? so I don't follow up until. I raised a ticket and it was closed by airtel without addressing it.
