@maw_os @EmiratesSupport Same we arrived at Gatwick on the 17th and filled a paper form. I finally received a PiR today after hounding both Emirates ground staff and Emirates support. Sadly my case has still not been found.

@amanda_ifa @EmiratesSupport Hi Amanda, we also flew into Gatwick from DBX on the 17th with 3 cases but only 2 arrived so we are still waiting for the 3rd. Just unbelievable and totally unacceptable 👿

@EmiratesSupport @EmiratesSupport I’m still waiting for a response, it’s been 5 days now and still no response from you. Gatwick Airport has since sent me a reference no but it’s 10 digits so not a PIR number therefore I cant check the status.
