AC has stopped cooling again. Technician said he will come today at 1030. He is not even picking calls. Single worst mistake was buying your AC @cromaretail . pathetic quality and even worse service.

@cromaretail Your service has been terrible! Bought a Croma AC, installed 2 days ago. Tech charged for fittings, but cooling doesn’t work. Ticket C004973268 raised yesterday—no resolution, no response despite follow-ups. Frustrating! Please fix this ASAP.
Charlie Munger once offered what I consider to be the best life advice one can receive:
"How to find a good spouse? The best single way is to deserve a good spouse...To get what you want, you have to deserve what you want."

After watching @netflix's series 'Kaala Paani', I couldn't but help think about how it relates to the modern-day 'Survival of the Fittest' concept in organizations.
Moreover, the profound transformation of characters like Santosh and Chiranjeevi underscores that in the fierce game of survival, roles can reverse rapidly.
Often early career professionals have this dilemma. "Whether to join an MNC or a startup?"
There's a lot of great advice online, but I'd simply put it this way.
If you want to build depth in skills, join an MNC,
But, if you want to build a breadth of skills join startups.

Today - Performance ratings aren't a predictor of success in careers.
Evaluations are retrospective and don't help in predicting people's success.
