is stopped in the middle of nowhere since 3 hours before reaching Kanpur with No A/C in coaches. Passengers are without water & food.

1/2: - Disappointing experience on @flyspicejet! Recently flew from Delhi to Shirdi on a wet-leased Corendon Airlines plane. Paid for tea, but crew served lukewarm water. Politely raised the concern, only to be met with a snappy response - "I cannot boil water for you”
