1. Send wrong product first, customer will replace item
2 . Send defective item in replacement, now, customer doesn’t have return/replace option.
Tell customer to contact brand service center although product has manufacturing defects.

@VidaDotWorld It takes around 6 hrs to upgrade software and they need to upgrade 450 scooters.
They can upgrade only 1 scooter per day.

@VidaDotWorld I got a call from vida team today and I was told to take your scooter to service center.
I went there and at service center the system which upgrades software was not working.
They said visit after 2nd jan 2025.
