@mooboo_uk if Installing a kiosk to take orders as quicker just moves your bottleneck to a place where all the pain is on the customer as you have taken their money and they have no control or choice, it is not innovation. It is theft. Been waiting 40 minutes since ordering.

@thetrainline Hi, I have booked tickets for an adult and 2 children (4 year olds) to travel to Glasgow and back and the seats we have been allocated are many rows apart, and in one case in different carriages. How can I get seats for my children to sit with me?
