Before you jump into this sector thinking it’s a smooth, settled life, ask yourself if you can actually survive this daily grind:

The Relentless Pressure: Get ready for massive work stress and endless late-night sittings. You will be chased by useless and unachievable targets that make no sense, all while dealing with a broken infrastructure where the management honestly doesn't care about your well-being.

Zero Work-Life Autonomy: Forget about regular weekends. You’ll be doing unpaid work on holidays, and getting a leave approved feels like climbing Mount Everest. You can completely forget about planning vacations as per your wish.
