My phone covered under care plus plan was submitted for repair on 17th June 2023.

Although my extended warranty is active as per @ServifyHQ @Servify portal, the same is not updated in your GSPN portal.

The explanation I received from them is, "Since refund takes multiple approvals hence it takes time"

I'm wondering what's the need for approval if the customer has refundable ticket.

As per @DGCAIndia regulation 'CIVIL AVIATION REQUIREMENTS
SECTION 3 – AIR TRANSPORT
SERIES ‘M’, PART II' they should issue the refund within 7 days.
