@SamsungIndia I paid 2000βΉ on 8th June advance for gas refill in my Samsung Split AC.
Engineer suggested coil change.
Estimate was high.
I declined further process.
He promised to refund advance paid after deducting visit charge of about 700βΉ
I am still waiting for refund.
@wittypayan@Apollo24x7 Apollo 24x7 boasts of 2 hrs delivery but the very first date given to me on 18th was 20th July. Then it was shifted to 23rd, 25th, 28th and now 29th. And the way they respond, I doubt that even this date will be honored. Their customer care never bothered to call me to apologize.
@wittypayan@Apollo24x7 I never expected big name like Apollo messing up an order placed for two simple medicines! These are regular medicines for my wife and I ordered a week in advance to ensure continuity. Apollo failed and I had to procure a month's medicines from local shop. Tata 1mg is far better.

When I mentioned that the delivery date as per your mobile app is 25th and you are committing 23rd you reiterated the same!!Β
Now 10 pm of 23rd July also passed and I am yet to receive the medicines ordered on 18th!

@amazon I ordered Samsung M33 5G 8gb ram mobile on 19th Sept. Wrong item received on 22nd. Complaint registered same day. On 26th Amazon agreed for replacement. Wrong item was picked up on 27th Sept. Today I am told that probable date of delivery will be informed after 2 days!!

Return and refund order of wrongly delivered mobile is not listed in the Orders list. Please include to keep me informed of the status.
@AmazonHelp There is no time frame mentioned in the replacement order and no progress made after wrong item pick-up on 27th. It has not been received by the supplier even after 60 hrs!!
@AmazonHelp What do you mean by βdelivery date of replacement order?β Replacement item was picked up from my home in the morning of 27th September and ball is now in Amazonβs court. I donβt know and deal with your supplier.
