@zeptocares I ordered a wrong product by mistake, I am trying to get it replaced but it's nightmare. Not even a refund. In the past you have delivered a wrong product but collected it back but now why can't you do the same?
@SkodaIndia I am having a nightmare trying to contact the dealer. 1/10 times they respond and they don't even give a proper answer. My brand new car is with them for 2 days and I don't know what they are doing with it. Extremely unprofessional.
@SkodaIndia I purchased a Kylaq Signature AT from KUN Skoda, Chennai. On day 1, during the demo, infotainment did not work(no bluetooth, no AA). On day 2, found that rear charging ports are not working. I am deeply concerned about what else will fail. Please address.

@airtelindia I made a terrible choice of switching to Airtel fibre. I was promised an installation within 24 hours but it's more than that and I still don't see any call/msg/mail from anyone. It's absolutely frustrating to call ur useless cust care time and again. I need resln.

@ramepuro@Apollo24x7 You made the right choice of buying from a local store. I made umpteen calls to this useless 24x7 "customer care". @Apollo24x7 you can actually fire all of them and have a simple IVR cos anyway it's the same reply we get everytime. I'm soon exiting 24x7.
