@cromaretail It’s now been over a week since SR ID C006788829 was raised (on 28 Sept), and still no update, call, or delivery on my SONOS Era 300 order. Each day I’m only told it’s “being reviewed.” please provide a firm delivery date. This delay is unacceptable.
@cromaretail It’s almost 6 PM and I still haven’t received any update or call regarding the delivery, despite the escalation earlier today. Could you please confirm the exact status and revised delivery date tonight itself? The order has been pending far too long.

@AnandDeep1875@cromaretail A friend of mine shared this photo from of an Ekart hub in Mumbai. He tried to go and pick it up himself, but clearly it's a massive mess, Ekart has just dumped the products everywhere.
@cromaretail the social media team got in touch with me for the delayed order and said I can expect it to reach by 4th Oct 2025. However, later I get a WhatsApp saying that the order will come by 16-10-2025 ! an other that was put on 23rd Sept. Unacceptable ! 1/2
@AnandDeep1875@cromaretail Nope no update. Apparently it's an Ekart issue, Flipkart logistics arms Ekart couldn't handle the massive BBD orders. And apparently what I am hearing from others is that they will just mark the package as lost and refund. No idea why Croma decided to use Ekart ! Absolute worst.

Product stuck at Ekart Thane hub since 28-Sep; delivery dates repeatedly pushed. Deliver the same item at the contracted price within 48 hours and DM a written commitment of the same today.
@cromaretail I am still awaiting for the written confirmation that the product would be delivered by 4th Oct, an executive assured me this twice on call, but it does not mean much if its not via official e-mail.
@cromaretail I was assured on call of delivery by 3 Oct (latest 4 Oct). Tracking still shows no movement since 29 Sep (screenshot). I’ve already emailed Grievance Officer. If not delivered by 4 Oct as promised, I’ll file a complaint with National Consumer Helpline.
@cromaretail I am done with your fake promises and no real solution your own team has no idea what is going on. On Call you say one thing and official message says something else completely ! More than 2 week to deliver a product. How is this justified ?
If this is how Croma is going to handle this issue I would be left with no option but to raise an issue with the Grievance Officer Aquilina Fernandes and Nodal Officer Samarpan Debroy. And raising a complaint with India consumer helpline.
It seems like your teams itself has no idea where my paid for product is and why it is delayed. Just called customers and giving fake updated / promises. No real follow up with Ekart logistics I can see its sitting at a hub near me since 29th Sept with no updated 2/2.

@cromaretail I ordered a Sonos speaker on 23rd it was supposed to be delivered on 26th sept. No update from Ekart or Croma on how much longer will it take? Raise a complaint but Croma team has no definitive answer, what's going on?
