@YatraOfficial @YESBANK With lots of such offers you attract the customers and once tickets are booked you dump them.

I have booked a return trip Hyderabad to Edmonton and got cancelled by Airlines and Yatra confirmed cancellation and assured full refund.

It's now about 180 days, no refund till date.
