The 52nd OIC Council of Foreign Ministers met in *Baghdad, Oct 17-18, 2026*. It passed *3 anti-India resolutions* among 43 political resolutions:

1. Main resolution on Jammu & Kashmir:

- Called Kashmir situation "deterioration in humanitarian, human rights and security"
- Reaffirmed Kashmir's "inalienable right to self-determination"

- Said settlement must be per UN Security Council resolutions

- Rejected India's Aug 5, 2019 actions - abrogation of Article 370, saying India should rescind its illegal steps

- Demanded India cancel domicile certificates issued to non-Kashmiris and not change demographic structure

- Condemned "human rights violations, extra-judicial killings during fake encounters, search-and-cordon operations, demolition of homes as collective punishment" by Indian forces 1857

2. Resolution on India-Pakistan peace process:

- Said J&K is core dispute, principal party is Kashmiri people must be included in peace process

3. Resolution on Islamophobia in India:

- Accused India of Islamophobia, which India called a desperate attempt to divert attention from Pakistan's own minority persecution
