#LongestServingElectedPMModi
Some leaders govern a nation. A few reshape its trajectory. Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji’s 4,399 consecutive days in office have been defined by a singular effort to transform India at every level, from the everyday lives of its citizens to the nation’s standing in the world.
Today, as he becomes India’s longest-serving Prime Minister, we celebrate not merely a record, but a period of change that has touched every corner of the country.
From a water tap in a humble home to Chandrayaan reaching the Moon, from the aspirations of a farmer in the field to the courage of a soldier on the border, his leadership has sought to ensure that the benefits of progress reach every Indian while strengthening the nation’s confidence and capabilities.
A defining feature of this journey has been the balance between welfare and development. By combining support for the most vulnerable with reforms that have expanded opportunity, accelerated growth, and strengthened India’s economic foundations, he has shown that compassion and ambition can go hand in hand.
India today is more confident in its future, more ambitious in its goals, and more determined in its pursuit of excellence.
On behalf of my people of Andhra Pradesh, I extend my heartfelt congratulations to Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji on this remarkable milestone. We remain committed to building Swarna Andhra and contributing to the realization of his vision of Viksit Bharat.

Pleasantly surprised to see Karan Johar bringing Raja Ravi Varma to the Met Gala. More India art pls.
I guess it took 5600+ man hours, 80+ artisans to recreate this. Also, Karan Johar is the first Indian Director to be there. Thankfully no western accepted stereotypical Indian stuff, but Indian artisan-ship in all its glory. We need more ambassadors to take the Indian high art to the world!
What made Shreyas Iyer’s catch so special was not just the athleticism, but the awareness behind it.
He had to judge the speed of the ball, the height, where the boundary rope was, how close he was to stepping on it, and get his jump absolutely perfect.
Then, while still in the air, he caught the ball and released it to a teammate before landing, all the while knowing exactly where that fielder was positioned.
To process all of that in a split second takes unbelievable awareness, timing, fitness, and composure.
@ShreyasIyer15 got everything spot on. One of the best catches I’ve ever seen live!
Champions ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Phenomenal win for Team India in Ahmedabad. Absolutely no match for the explosive cricket played by us throughout the tournament. Brilliant character shown by the boys to keep fighting in tough situations and become world champions once again. Congratulations to all the players and all the members of the management for achieving this feat. Jai Hind 🇮🇳❤️

I agree with whatever he said but let’s not stop just there.
When we compare ourselves to China’s startup scene, we forget to compare the real boss battle: bureaucracy. While China rolls out the red carpet for manufacturing, India offers red tape. Approvals crawl, licenses stack up, and every department wants a piece. Add GST gymnastics, policy flip-flops, rigid labor laws, difficult loans, lack of funding.
China's R&D budget in 2024 was $496 billion, while India's was just $17 billion. For comparison, we spend much more than that amount every year on the free ration scheme alone. Sure, things have improved in last decade, but we still have a long way to go before pinning the blame solely on startup founders for the lack of deep tech innovation.
English commentary : "Oh, the bowler fires it in, good length on middle and leg, but the batsman takes it on, dancing down the track, full face of the bat, and launched straight over long-on! Massive hit! What a six!"
Aakash Chopra: "Baaallll gaaaayaa boundary ke baaaaahar! Mazza aa gaya! Kya zor ka shot maara hai! Yeh toh bas ek trailer tha, picture abhi baaki hai!"
Sehwag: "Baap baap hota hai."
Sidhu: "Gend aakash mein, taaron ke prakaash mein! Gaganchoombi chhakka! Gend itni upar gayi ki ye toh air hostess ki pappi leke aa jati! Sher maarta hai toh lomdi ka bhi janaaza uthta hai! Khatak!"
Harbhajan: "Ek aur chakka! Tandoor garam hai, roti sekte jao! Isko kehte hain chhati thok kar batting karna!"
