@flowidealism Questions along the same line: do you think there's merit to an AR/AI-Enhanced Skilled Trades Training Program? 410-hour vocational program to take high highschoolers from "what's a skilled trade" to an entry level position?
@HippyMomPhD The relationship I have with my mom (I was homeschooled) is stronger than any of trad school friends. I never understood why their relationship was so... weird/broken to me. Now I see it clearly. homeschooling = love

'I don’t think we’re antisocial, I just think we’re... thinking.' Homeschool truth on #PiDay2025 Deep thoughts, not small talk. #homeschool#AlwaysHome#Socialized https://t.co/9LWtVvNhuK
"Yes, I Was Homeschooled and Yes, I'm Normal...ish" is for every parent wondering if homeschooling will ruin their kid's social skills... (Spoiler: it makes it better) https://t.co/9LWtVvNhuK

Homeschooling is more than just educating your children, it’s establishing your family’s virtues, values, and legacy are passed on.
This is how we win the culture war.
The stigma around homeschooling is fading. It's more divers now. Less than half of HS kids were white by 2023, down from three-quarters in 2019. Co-ops and community groups help with the “socialization” critique. Parents aren’t alone anymore. #homeschool

Homeschool perk: no cafeteria, just lunch breaks where Mom traded our focus for food. When she saw our focus fade, she'd swapped lessons for food, then kick us outside for "recess". or a sanity break for herself! We didn’t care - we were happy. https://t.co/9LWtVvNhuK
I was homeschooled K-12 and loved it. It’s messy, unpredictable, but totally worth it. Homeschooling let me think outside the box, chase passions, and figure out who I was at my own pace - not confined to four walls. Find your "why", and get started.

@JoySchooling@Homeschool_LLC 100% agree and very well said!! It starts with a HEALTHY dose of curiosity about everything. Then combined that with some critical thinking and a basic understanding of things work and boom: you can problem solve!!
#alwaysbelearning
@homeschoolcnnct The future isn’t ready for this level of independence and creativity! I'm living proof, homeschooled kids grow up to be pretty unstoppable thinkers, doers and innovators. Buckle up, parents!! You got this!!!
😉🚀
@JoySchooling@Homeschool_LLC It never ceases to amaze me at how much being homeschooled prepped me for real life. It's like I almost accidentally move or think to fast for people. I'm considered a great problem solver which is KRAZI to me because I'm like... "you don't see the solution too??"
@JoySchooling@Homeschool_LLC That's funny! For me, I remember thinking "why isn't anyone talking about anything???" Then I had to learn the art of small talk.
