The fact we're at the stage of having config management for one's terraform code, so you don't have to do bits manually should tell everything about how well this is going.

@antrix @codeyarns @balaji_dutt To be clear, echo is outputs arguments provided to in the order they are provided to it. It may be a shell function or binary.

ls is taking the input arg vector and then inspecting the directory I node, and outputting the result subject to the flags provided. Probably -la.

@antrix @codeyarns @balaji_dutt It is. The input to ls is 9..n which ls then sorts, in this case alphanumerically: the input to echo is 9..n.

This is why developers … never mind :-)

ls is taking the input arg vector and then running the default set of ls flags (probably -la) and outputting the result subject to its search order.
