My vehicle was damaged by your Packers & Movers team. My claim has been pending since 25 June 26.
I shared photos, videos, the authorized Renault SC estimate, and even allowed a physical inspection by your representative. Yet there is still no fair resolution. 👇

@NoBrokerCare I strongly disagree with your response. Why should I accept ₹5,000 for damage that an Authorized Renault SC has assessed at ~₹17,000 for repair? If you genuinely believe ₹5,000 is sufficient, then please take my vehicle to an Renault SC and get it fully repaired at your cost.

@NoBrokerCare You don't have updated and complete information, computarised estimation from authorised service centre already provided, photos, video and even physical survey by NoBroker team is also done. Why there is unnecessary delay?

I hope @nobrokercom reviews this case fairly and rslv a genuine customer grievance without forcing me to approach consumer authorities.

I asked: ✅ Reimburse the actual repair cost, or ✅ Repair my car at an Renault SC
Instead, NoBroker's offers changed from ₹1.5K → ₹2K → ₹4K → ₹5K, without any assessment report or justification
