Paid in advance. Not staying at the hotel. Why? Because the room provided was not what I booked, and the hotel staff behaved rudely.
I contacted Agoda expecting support, bt instead of resolving the issue, I was asked for proof.

@agoda Very disappointed with Agoda. As a Gold customer, I was given a completely different room than the one I booked under a staircase. After I left due to rude hotel staff, Agoda support still asked for photos and proof instead of trusting a loyal customer. #NotoAgoda #poor
