AKP’nin, 21 Mayıs 2014 – 30 Eylül 2018 tarihleri arasında, Irak-Türkiye ham petrol boru hattında;
Irak Merkezi Hükümetinin izni olmaksızın⬇️
1.) Irak’a ait petrolü usulsüz olarak taşıdığı,
2.) Ceyhan Limanı’nda yüklemesini yaptığı,
3.) Irak devletinin satış fiyatının altında bu petrolün satılmasına neden olduğu gerekçesiyle,
Türkiye’nin Irak’a net 1 Milyar 471 Milyon Dolar tazminat ödemesine hükmetmişti.
277 sayfalık Nihai Tahkim Kararını ilk kez kamuoyuna belgeleriyle biz açıklamıştık.
AKP ise verdiği yanıtta;
Bu cezayı içeren tahkim kararının iptali için Paris’te dava açtıklarını açıklamıştı.

Let this sink in:
In Israel, as part of an election campaign, a cabinet minister issues an AI video showing how his policies starve Palestinians in jail.
So forced starvation is not just something to brag about - it's an election platform.
In other news: The US is on the cusp of essentially merging its intelligence operations with that of Israel...
That an Israeli spy was a senior official in UNICEF is beyond depressing.
An organisation set up to help children in the worst circumstances being infiltrated by the world's number one killer of children.
Their depravity knows no limits.

NATO fights to the last Ukrainian—by boycotting diplomacy, glorifying weapons as the path to peace, conscripting Ukrainians, and deporting Ukrainian refugees. Selling this proxy war as “standing with Ukraine” is the most remarkable propaganda feat of my lifetime.
💢 A newly leaked photo shows two blindfolded elderly Palestinians, Nadi Ma’rouf, 63, and Ali Ma’rouf, 60, alongside an Israeli soldier hours before Israeli forces killed them in November 2024, according to journalist Younis Tirawi, who published the photo.
He reported Israeli forces used the men as human shields before executing them in Beit Lahia. The Palestinian Centre for Human Rights documented at the time that the bodies of Nadi and Ali, along with 25-year-old Hamza al-Hatoo, arrived after Israeli forces shot them near Al-Khaldi Mosque.
PCHR said its researchers received information that all three had been detained by Israeli forces, released, and then shot shortly afterward.
Al Jazeera later reported Palestinian accounts that Nadi and Ali were held for days and forced to enter buildings ahead of Israeli soldiers as human shields before being released and shot after walking only a short distance.
One of the most brutal scenes in human history has been leaked.
The moment the tents of displaced people were bombed in the southern Gaza Strip, in the Mawasi area of Khan Yunis, killing more than 500 civilians.
A video that the world must never forget.
💢 Israel has bombed and devastated Gaza’s sewage and sanitation infrastructure, and now deliberately blocks Palestinians from the landfills, machinery and essential supplies needed to contain the resulting public health catastrophe.
One consequence is a massive rat and pest infestation, with Palestinians, including children, being bitten in their sleep.
Four in five sewage pumping stations are not functioning, with some 40,000 cubic meters of untreated sewage flowing each day. By July, 60% of Gaza’s population was living within 10 meters of sewage or human waste and more than 900,000 people were exposed to garbage accumulating in residential areas, according to UN OCHA.
Rodents or pests were reported at 81% of displacement sites surveyed in April, affecting roughly 1.45 million Palestinians.
Both of Gaza’s sanitary landfills lie beyond the Israeli-imposed “Yellow Line,” and the UN says access remains banned by Israel. Israel also requires approval and blocks entry of machinery and spare parts needed to remove garbage and rubble, while engine oils, pest-control chemicals and other essential supplies remain severely restricted.
Israel permitted 3 tonnes of rodenticide and 3,000 liters of pesticide into Gaza in May, but the UN said pest-control efforts remained limited and a full response requires sustained supplies, heavy equipment and access to the landfills Israel continues to block with Gaza’s sanitation system having completely collapsed.
🇵🇸🗞️ The University of Minnesota will pay Israeli-American Holocaust and genocide scholar Raz Segal $250,000 after withdrawing an offer to lead its Center for Holocaust and Genocide Studies following backlash over his description of Israel’s assault on Gaza as “a textbook case of genocide,” the Guardian reports.
🔸 Segal had been recommended nearly unanimously by the academic search committee. The Center for Constitutional Rights argued the public university violated his First Amendment rights by retaliating against protected speech.
🔸 Emails obtained by Segal show donors, legislators and pro-Israel activists pressured the university, including warnings that donations could be withdrawn.
🔸 The settlement includes no admission of wrongdoing. The director position remains unfilled.
There was a time when Sweden was at the forefront of global issues, including ending Israel's illegal occupation of Palestine.
But over the years, the Swedish elite has abandoned any semblance of independence, and Swedish mainstream media has worked to manipulate Swedish public opinion and suppress voices against hegemony and genocide. Swedish media's coverage of Gaza, for instance, was oftentimes worse than US mainstream media's coverage.
But it has largely failed. Opinion polls show that the majority are still guided by "common sense" (sunt förnuft) and as a result do not fall for the fear-mongering or intimidation campaigns by the elite or the media.
See for instance Gustaf Skarsgård's (Floki from The Vikings, and son of Stellan and brother of Alexander Skarsgård) video in support of Palestine.
He expresses his support for the Palestinian people and the journalists who challenge "the complicit genocidal hegemony of the Western media."
@JBellSATX@teddyschleifer@jennymedina No. America is a Oligarchic Idiocracy. The vast majority of voters are imbeciles who impulse vote based on what they see most on social media or tv.

Israel detonated 700 tons of explosives beneath Beaufort Castle in South Lebanon, in the middle of the night.

💢 President Donald Trump clarifies that Secretary of State Marco Rubio’s campaign to “bring the International Criminal Court to heel” is intended to protect Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and others facing ICC scrutiny.
Speaking at Camp David, Rubio said: “The International Criminal Court has made themselves illegitimate because they claim that even if you’re not a member of that court, we can come after you… They’re very arrogant. So we’ve now begun an effort to really try to bring them to heel.”
Trump interjected to make Rubio’s objective clear: “He’s trying to defend Bibi and various other people.”
The U.S. President said Rubio’s campaign against the ICC has nothing to do with protecting him.
⚡️ NEW: Drop Site News spoke with the parents of 22-year-old Mahmoud Al-Drimli, who identified him as the blindfolded Palestinian man in a viral photograph showing two female Israeli soldiers smiling as they pose beside him.
Mahmoud disappeared on November 2, 2024. His family said they had received no information about him until recognizing him in the image. Drop Site’s Mohamed Ahmed spoke in Gaza with his mother, Aida Al-Drimli, 50.
“The moment I saw the picture, my heart was at peace and I was happy. But at the same time, when I saw him in that state, my heart broke,” she said through tears.
Aida said her son disappeared while trying to return from southern Gaza to Gaza City, where his brother remained. Repeated appeals to the Red Cross and other institutions produced no information about whether he was alive, imprisoned, or killed, his family told Drop Site.
“These are the [Israelis] who claim to be ‘the world’s most moral army,’ yet they publish pictures like this,” Aida said. “My son has done nothing wrong. He simply longed to return to Gaza City.”
“Where are human rights in all of this?” she asked. “Not just my son, all the prisoners. All of them are experiencing horrors in prisons.”
