The Upper Wawa Dam, the country’s largest privately led bulk water supply project, is now delivering up to 710 million liters of water daily to Manila Water’s East Zone concession covering parts of Metro Manila and Rizal.
The project is owned by Manila Water Company, Inc., which is controlled by tycoon Enrique Razon Jr..
The massive dam forms part of broader efforts to strengthen long-term water security as demand continues rising across the capital region.
