Loyal customer for 10+ years. Upgraded from 100 Mbps to 250 Mbps, but I’m still getting only ~90 Mbps on speed tests.
Please help resolve this issue.?
@HathwayBrdband I’ve been a cust. for over a decade. dis time has been disappointin. I renewed for 100 Mbps, money debited, but the plan wasn’t updated. Your team then renewed it to a 50 Mbps plan w/ OTT by mistake. Now I’m being asked to pay again to fix ur error. Really unfair.

Applied for the PPF transfer frm HAL II Stage H.O to an SBI branch(70713). I got 2 msgs "Acc No. XX debit with amt Rs. XX on 10/11/2025" and the 2nd msg "Your Acc No. XXX has been closed on 2025-11-10".
Has the account transfered to the requested SBI branch?

Pls confirm that docs have been received by SBI and the branch is doing the needful.
