- These individuals have been identified as operatives of the Indian intelligence agency, RAW, and they were apprehended while conducting espionage activities within #Qatar.

- As per the investigative agency of #Qatar, these officials allegedly supplied #Israel with confidential information regarding Qatar's secretive endeavor to acquire advanced submarines from #Italy.

- Furthermore, in connection with the same case, the CEO of a private defense company and the head of international military operations for Qatar have also been detained.

- Notably, all eight #IndianNavy officers were concurrently employed at the aforementioned private defense company.
