I just had 0.0093379 ETH vanish into thin air thanks to @krakenfx's deposit policy. I mistakenly sent less than the 0.01 ETHminimum on Arbitrum One, and instead of rejecting the transaction or refunding it, Kraken keeps the funds—no credit, no return.
Where does this money go? How much have they "collected" from unsuspecting users? This feels like outright theft.
This needs to be reported, exchanges shouldn't be able to just pocket customer funds like this.
