Chairman Prime Minister’s Youth Programme Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan chaired a high-level coordination meeting on Productive Overseas Employment for Pakistani Youth at the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme, Prime Minister’s Office.

The meeting brought together representatives from MoFA, MOPHRD, OEC, HEC, NAVTTC, GIZ, and the Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training to discuss employment opportunities across five priority countries and the skills required to meet global market demands.

HEC designated selected universities and NAVTTC designated 20 technical and vocational institutes as Country Destination Training Centers (CDTCs) to prepare Pakistani youth for international careers.

A Skilled Talent Pool will be developed by December 2026 to connect Pakistani youth with quality overseas employment opportunities.
