Our Livpure water purifier complaint was registered on 11 June, yet no technician has visited. Every call ends with โtomorrowโ and another contact number. No service; sheer negligence.

@gailindia@DmMeerut Team is not addressing the wrong bill issue. It's been 15 days since the mail was sent. It is a matter of great concern as the problem raised is of a senior citizen and no one is coming to check the connection and resolve the problem.

@paytmbankcare Kindly help. M fed up of writing messages and mails to u guys. Even called cc several times. But everywhere everytime received a response, we r working on it. How long will u work. It's been more than 3 months for the 1st wrong deduction.
