Today I firmly rejected a report on the alleged $2.5 million fraudulent transfer from the Ministry of Finance that was sent to me privately.

As Chairman of the #CoPF, I will not accept backdoor attempts to bypass @ParliamentLK. This report was requested by the Committee, not for my personal perusal.

I stand for democracy, #transparency and proper parliamentary procedure. Public funds demand full accountability, not secrecy.

The Committee has directed the MoF to submit the report officially to Parliament by tomorrow. We will review and discuss it openly.
