Something that I have been tweeting about for a while now... entirely from the POV of a consumer. Domestic aviation needs some out of the box thinking. Not just @RamMNK ... may be @nsitharaman@PiyushGoyal - The global engine and aircraft constraints aside ...
Can there be a tax incentive for 4-5 year window to support a new entrant? Is there a way to incentivise revival of the Jet Airways or Go Air brand? Or support Akasa in growing? Make it attractive for new businesses to enter the sector. A business raising money isnt a problem today. While the airport infra has improved and is incomparable to what it was 15 years... the choice we have has gone down significantly.
Indian flyers had a great time on choice fares and service when Jet, KFA, IA/IC and Deccan were competing. One bad experience and they would lose customers... they were on their toes. Unlike airlines today!
@AlokPatel Yes - I think Kochi metro was giving me one from Axis Bank.
Seems someone's maintaining a list of who accepts -

Based on what I've read online - the problem is the lack of seamlessness - too much friction, and not just acceptability.
@EurekaForbes What a shameless organization. You sell your purifiers, and do not send anyone when a service is requested. Nearly 24 hours after the service request is raised, technician is not even assigned.
