@BenLPatton @nejatian I've been a real estate broker for 30 years - I want OPEN to work - my issue boils down to repairs - It's really hard for a 3rd party conducting the sale to know the vendors in the area in the same way a local broker does - I have crews for EVERYTHING - I'm toast without them.

@ChrisSstory @LucasSacerdote_ It’s a good question- out of the scores of institutions invested in LODE, I’m sure at least a couple dozen posed that very question and received more than satisfactory answers…. I suspect there will be numerous signed MSAs once P1 up and pushing 25% and beyond.

@NomadCarnivore Be an interesting last hour of trading....sure looks like retail buying today - which is likely why it isn't. Every 2 or 3% discount larger players pick up is exponentially more gain years down the road - see what close gives us..
