Thousands of tiny public companies file with the SEC every quarter, have real budgets, but run on websites from 2004 that look like a high school project.

These companies have investor relations obligations and their homepage looks like GeoCities. If you want to get paid in stock this is even easier.

The whole workflow runs on agents:

1. Set up Grokbot to scrape OTC Markets and Edgar filings, crawl the domains, and flag every outdated site.

2. Let it run until it returns a clean hit list.

3. Approve which ones to rebuild. Use Astra to scrape the existing content, pull everything worth keeping, generate a clean modern replacement, and host it free on Vercel.

4. Train an outbound agent on cold email to draft customized sequences for each target - and something like Apollo or Exa to get the contact info, but candidly, a lot of that contact info should be there because they're public companies.

5. Take the top 50 and send each executive a direct link to their pre-built site with a short Loom walking them through what you changed.

You show up with a finished website they didn't pay for that looks 10x better than what they have.

And they're publicly traded, which means looking legitimate to shareholders is very top of mind, not a nice to have.
