I wonder why you are collecting alternate number. If primary number is not functioning, everything should go smoothly with the alternate number. Thats the whole purpose. I contacted customer care and they told sorry we can't help. How stupid.

@flipkartsupport I have made a type in the primary contact number for three of my deliveries. I realized it when the delivery was attempted. Surprisingly I have no option to change that number while an alternate mobile number for delivery is already available. How stupid.

I have no option but to cancel all my orders even when all of them are at my doorstep and delivery agent has no option to verify the OTP. No alternate way to verify the customer. How stupid.
