@vonadz@PowerOutage_us I have enjoyed your map and shared it. Is this something you would like help with? I work on plenty of for fun side projects and really appreciate what you're doing with this
It beats (screenshots, google drive, convert, mogrify, openshot, posting), thank you.
@vonadz@PowerOutage_us This is awesome, thank you! I hadn't seen this site before. Do you know if there's anything similar for mobile network outages? The carrier sites aren't satisfying. Also, it'd be cool to see overlays of the weather with your map.
@jackie_codes Agreed. It often gives ideas for improvements. It occurred to me that games are realtime interactive simulations. I particularly like the idea of gamifying research level topics. So, depending on the game, high level math and science can also be an important part of the process.
Log Likelihood Blocked Coordinate Gradient Descent. High step size and momentum. Next, from this proof of concept, I need to simplify code, optimize, and slice for SGD.
@crystallllonix Using Godot (hence the icon) to create the rigidbody2D pendulum physics by connecting a static body to a rigidbody2d arm and a rigidbody2d weight via pinjoints. The graph is a shader with uniform arrays passed in through a script from the rigidbody. Godot, gdscript, GLSL.
Playing with #Godot4 / #Godot making a pendulum, sending the history of angle, velocity, acceleration as uniforms to an icon with a material that has uniforms and a script that sets those uniforms from the rigidbody script. Then, sliders to change synapse parameters for #neurons.
@AlanZucconi It'd be useful to have a course teach how to make an immersive procedurally generated game world with AI techniques: Terrain (noise), buildings, cities, backstories, dialog, monsters, movement, music (theory (scales, modes, chords), layers, cross fades, sampling, convolutions),
@samyam_youtube Yup, this is why I think Godot is the best engine for game jams. It's tiny and doesn't demand a high end computer. The community is really cool too and it's increasingly becoming a standard.
@Namecheap@awscloud@Route53 Already did, multiple times, NameCheap's auto-renew UI does not indicate it needs to be activated elsewhere. I had turned on auto-renew, it should have worked. Chat assistants could not help further. Best of luck fixing this issue and retaining future clients.
