IAS officers have done more damage to India than Pakistan

[Gems @gemsofbabus_]

>Meet IAS officer Vikas Marmat.

>Sir is an IIT Kanpur alumnus.

>Sir delivers lectures on discipline.

>Sir was partying at a Bengaluru Pub.

>Police asked Sir to show his ID.

>Sir and his friends began abusing the police officers.

>Sir allegedly slapped a police inspector and threatened him, claiming that he was an IAS officer and that the police could not take action against him.

>Now, the police have registered an FIR and booked Sir.
