Nearly 2 more hours on the phone with @HDCares today. Dan told my wife that she needed to "calm down" before he would transfer her to a supervisor. Mind you, she's the most calm person I know. Glad I wasn't on the phone. This is insulting @HomeDepot .

@HDCares nothing like having a 300lb piece of a toolbox go missing like an envelope dropped between the seats of a delivery truck and being told to call everybody OTHER than @HomeDepot to solve it. My poor wife has been on the phone for DAYS!

@HomeDepot absolute nightmare! Bought a 61" Husky toolbox on May 18th. Was instructed to cancel and re-order 3 diff tool boxes because of supply issues. 10 days ago, the TOP half of our toolbox was dropped in our driveway with no notice. 20+ calls and no help since. @HDCares
