My Ubisoft account was stolen, but Ubisoft stubbornly refuses to help.
My account was stolen a long time ago, and I’ve been trying for months to recover it.
My email address and phone number were changed.

I can list my old usernames that no one else could possibly know. Despite all this, they still refuse to help.
My account, worth thousands of dollars, has been stolen, and Ubisoft is essentially acting like they are cooperating with the hacker.
I offer to provide all proof of ownership: purchase receipts for in-game content via my bank, Steam, and confirmation emails. I still have the original purchase emails and my Steam purchase history. My Steam profile still has in-game screenshots.
“We sent a confirmation to the email address currently on the account. If you confirm it, we can help.”
But that’s exactly the problem — my account was stolen and the email was changed. I have no access to the new email address or the new phone number.
I am contacting support from the email address that was linked to the account before it was stolen and explaining that my account was compromised. However, they keep replying with something like:
I formally request that this case be escalated and reviewed by a senior support or account security team, and that a legitimate ownership verification process be applied immediately Failure to do so leaves me no option but to consider further formal complaints and external action

This account represents thousands of dollars in purchases, and Ubisoft’s continued inaction and reliance on a verification method controlled by the attacker is unacceptable.
I have explicitly offered extensive proof of ownership, including but not limited to:
•Bank payment records and transaction receipts
•Steam purchase history and original purchase confirmation emails
Requesting confirmation from the hacker-controlled email makes account recovery impossible and effectively blocks any legitimate owner from regaining access.
This response is fundamentally flawed. The entire issue is that I do not have access to the new email address or phone number, as they were changed by the attacker.
Despite this, I repeatedly receive the same response: “We have sent a confirmation to the email address currently associated with the account. Once confirmed, we can assist you.”
I am contacting you from the original email address that was linked to the account before it was compromised and clearly stating that the account was taken over by an unauthorized third party.
