Thrilled to share our latest work! We have generalized the SMR&HEIDI approach to a multi-omics model, which links ~50% GWAS loci to 7 types of molecular phenotypes genetically.

1/10 Large eQTL resources enable identification of genes for which cis-eQTL effects colocalize with GWAS hits. We are happy to announce that our MetaBrain study and eQTL resource is now out at Nature Genetics (https://t.co/HRuzPmSVu2).
Hi @UQ_News@ExeterDoctoral , it has now been TEN months since I have officially graduated and I still haven’t received my PhD diploma. @QUEX_PhD no accountability…
Hi @UQ_News@ExeterDoctoral@QUEX_PhD it has been EIGHT months since I officially graduated, and I still haven’t received ANY official documentation (no single or dual-badged testamur).
It’s been SEVEN months since I’ve officially finished my PhD and @UQ_News graduate school still hasn’t sent me my deserved (single / joint) testamur 🙃 Was I the only one @QUEX_PhD ?
@mcraelab Thanks, @mcraelab ! I’m not really sure what else we can try except twitter outrage…exhausted all my email options (i.e., don’t know who else to email).
#DataScience#PhD opportunity for quantitative student looking to apply their skills to big biological datasets. Be part of the @GW4BioMedDTP @ExeterMed and @PsyEpigenetics exploring methods to computationally derive cell-type specific epigenetic profiles to understand
