在Crypto5年，开了酒馆才想明白的事

在圈子里久了，你会发现一个很尴尬的事实：

这里的"需求"，来来回回就那几样——要么是缺钱，要么是性压抑。

我做DeSci，做过DeFi，看过支付，折腾过AI应用。每次都觉得"这次不一样"，但每次做着做着，发现服务的还是同一批人，解决的还是同样的问题。

不是说这些不重要。但你很难��里面长出真正的业务。因为没有现金流，没有复购，没有一个外部世界在检验你做的东西到底有没有用。

后来我开了一家酒馆。

不是为了"Web3落地"，就是想做一个真实的生意。有房租要交，有酒要进货，有客人喝多了要处理。

然后有些事慢慢发生了。

当我开始跟传统行业的人打交道，供应商、其他店老板、来喝酒的小企业主。我发现他们的问题，和我在crypto里听到的完全不一样。

他们不关心叙事，不关心经济模型，甚至价格也不一定在乎。

他们关心的是：账怎么记更清楚，钱怎么收更快，员工怎么激励更有效。

这些问题，crypto其实能帮上忙。但前提是你得先听到这些问题。

���你在圈子里，是听不到的。

那个瞬间我想明白了一件事：
这个行业真正的机会，不在已经懂crypto的人那里，在那些从没听说过它的人那里。

当一个开餐馆的老板跟你说"你们这个东西能帮我解决xx问题"的时候，那才是真正的product-market-fit。

不是我们去教育市场，是市场来找我们。

Playground可以在圈内玩。但Production，必须去圈外找。

我不觉得我们应该把crypto背景当作做AI的减分项，无论是分析师、工程师或者创业者。

这句话说给投资人听，也说给一些不自信的从业者听。（当然前提一定是没干过亏心事，以及主要还是应用层）

moltbook之后有各种爆火的衍生产品moltbook town、rentahuman… 创始人全都是crypto背景的，

moltbook之前发过币讲的desci叙事的yne，rentahuman是uma预言机的工程师；之前ppw的pizza指数、预测市场加地球仪的监控也是7-8M的浏览量火在圈外，

再之前有一个爆火的在演唱会人群中找出轨ceo男女的小游戏也是一个原来天天发音乐nft的人做的，

至于做算力的那些项目方，转AI转对够快的早就跟我们说不打算发币了。

如果说AI给了人技术的平权，那流量杠杆这件事正好是搞crypto的人很强的。国内做海外流量，接��前沿信息最快的一群人就是天天泡在x上的crypto guys。

而且这一伙人有创意、深谙人性甚至曾经是有一点去中心化理想的…

Thanks 0G. Yesterday was a fantastic.

I grew up in Hangzhou and I rarely visit that part of west lake. I really enjoyed the sunshine near the west lake, and most importantly, enjoyed talking with everyone.

Glad to hear 0G expanded recently with more people joining, and more good news coming up in the next months.

And our project @genosight is onboarding with 0G. Looking forward to build the future together with 0G.
