If you don’t pray for a month, would it affect you?
If you don’t read God’s word for a month, would it affect you?
If you don’t receive the Lord’s Supper for a month, would it affect you?
Meditating on Psalm 62:8 this morning:
"Trust in him at all times, O people;
pour out your heart before him;
God is a refuge for us."
Trust Him, tell Him everything, and take refuge in Him.
Feel your feelings and name them in prayer, and at the same time remind yourself of what is true about God. He meets you in the tension.
