@ShawnNOrlando I don’t think the skillet is supposed to be that hot. But this also a flash in the pan trend (pun semi intended) that will come and go in 6 months tops. Saw the foodies raving about this months ago. Now that it’s mainstream, and being executed poorly, it won’t last (my guess)
