@Rackspace Can we get some idea what “extended outage” means?? 2 days? 4 days 2 weeks? Moving to o365 isn’t an option for me and more importantly all my clients left hanging. I have asked about rolling back from hosted exchange to rackspace mail but no one has answered ticket or ans phone

@Rackspace Moving to o365 isn’t an option for some of your customers. If I wanted to use o365 I would just go to Microsoft and use their control panel. It’s easier to use and from the support I’ve seen the last few days from @Rackspace the support from Microsoft is far superior as well.
