@BOMairport No ground staff to help at information desk. I had to get in touch with thai air staff. I left my laptop charher in my luggage and no1 helped me to get in touch with airline staff.

@THAISmileIndia Needs to inform their passengers that they have been taken over by thai airways. Not a single ground staff on duty neither do @ThaiAirways employees know about merger. I was asked to go to and fri twice between thai airways and thai lion at the mumbai T2 airport.
