Samsung's service had gone from one of the best to one of the worst. @SamsungIndia I don't think I will ever buy your product again. I have been chasing your service team for a month for my washing machine and all i get is we will visit or the call is cut.

Six days since the first tweet. Samsung contacts me the same and says the issue will be resolved. But till now all I get is calls and sms but no action to resolve the problem.
Just shows that they have very poor processes and have lost their service orientation and capability.
