Building a nuclear plant takes millions of individual tasks, each of which must be written up by engineers, transmitted to workers, completed, and documented.
You've got to get these stages right:

Document what was done
Confirm it was done right
...for thousands of workers for several years straight.
Thousands of craft workers, supply chain experts, and regulatory staff need to coordinate their activities on the job site and off.
@TheNuclearCo's engineering management team, in their previous roles, helped take charge of a Vogtle nuclear plant build site in Georgia, get up to 10 thousand workers their tasks every day, and get the plant back on path to completion and operation.
Nuclear-OS is being built from scratch based on Palantir's Foundry platform to be the system @TheNuclearJoe can rely on from Day 1 of a nuclear plant project for maximum quality, speed, and productivity with minimum rework and standing-around time.
There's no reason we can't build nuclear plants again as fast as the Chinese do now or the Japanese did in the 90s or the Germans and French in the 80s.
