If coworkers are going to be integral to a hiring process, I think all involved should have some HR-related orientations/workshops that will clear up bad practices & make application processes more professional. Imagine applying for work and being treated like a high school club.

Really happy about the KiBam win but I'd be hesitant to call it a changing tide in Philippine politics. On top of original supporters, I suspect a lot of crossover votes from the warring Duterte & Marcos factions trying to eliminate the candidates of the other by voting KiBam.

I don't disagree but need more nuance. The director once told us that manpower allocation is pegged to bed capacity. Maybe it's a step in the right direction?

I know I technically have 1/4 Chinese ancestry but don't think I look Chinese by a mile 😅
