Got cheated of ₹23400 by Hotel Holiday Resort, Puri for a room booking today itself afternoon. Mr Ashok who took the call on number advertised online for the hotel ([phone]) and WhatsApp me for booking. He told me to pay online for confirm the booking. The total amount he mentioned is ₹11700. I asked for account details which he shared of bank Maharashtra puri branch. As I paid in two installment5850 each , he then called me to request to pay one shot 11700 and he will return the previous amount and then do booking. As I did that , he then told actual amount was 13000 and discounted amount is 11700.. so asked me to pay 13000 to do booking and he will return but when I asked him I can't and requested him to give me phone no of the hotel owner, he started abuse telling me for 23400 rupees I can't talk to 100 crore owner.. abusive language she started talking... I told him why abuse me when I still told politely but he told very bad language and cut the phone..this is pure cheating and sill very bad behaviour...

I wish through this tweet if our minister and mp will help me get back my money .. also take action on this hotel immediately. Request quick action please
