REAL TIME BED AVAILABILITY DATA UPDATES are very very urgent currently. Its impossible for volunteer groups to call all the hospitals in a district and confirm bed availability when a patient is dying. We urge DISTRICT NODAL OFFICERS to please do their work

1. Make district helpline control rooms ACTIVE and equip them with real time bed availability information.
2. Also update the same information on state COVID dashboard.

We have information from dedicated COVID hospitals across districts that deployed consultants only visit the hospitals for writing notes on the tickets of patients and dont take rounds even twice a day to give advise on tapering of steroids/antibiotics, o2 monitoring etc

Also, when will expert groups be formed and sent to districts other than Cuttack/Khorda, to check treatment protocols?

Why are ambulances present without oxygen during a pandemic, in areas like Lahunipada(Sundergarh) which are 120-150kms away from the closest COVID hospitals? Why can't Odisha equip ALL ambulances in the state with oxygen, when we already know we have a large capacity of it?

@DMSundargarh @DmfSundargarh Sir, ASHA/AWW in this areas haven't received any. We hav crosscheckd frm 3 ASHA didi, 2 Sarpanchs after ur response. Mahulpada Sarpanch is herself struggling to monitor her oxygen lvl. @bijaya_biswal is giving her teleconsultation as she had started mild chest pain.

The Sarpanch of Mahulpada is detected covid positive yday. The village Jagati where she lives has 13 positive patients, Mahulpada close to Jagati has 14 cases. As per yday meet with PRI leaders, block n dist admin, door to door monitoring will start from this 24th onwards.

.@DMSundargarh thank you for sending medical team to Mahulpada. It's found that 70people are infected out of 200 tests conducted on 15th for Mahulpada, Daleisara GP people. These two GPs have many PVTG like Paudi Bhuyan communities.
