@TheRAC_UK Terrible service from RAC Mobile Mechanic. Booked KM24DXK for a service on 8th May. I called at 4pm andtold the service moved to 11th May. This morning I get a SMS saying it is moved to tomorrow. Taken two days leave. Is this the way to treat customers? Shameful

@RachelReevesMP@HMRCgovuk. My daughter is Dubai based and needs to determine if she can overstay the 90 day limit of being in the UK due to the war. HMRC says a decision would take 8 weeks after I apply. Ridiculous considering one cannot return to Dubai. Can someone HELP??

@HSBC_IN frustrating to call your premier customer services number from UK 0800 048 9157. The IVR does not recognise any inputs and it is ANNOYING. Have complained a number of times but no joy
Going by rules is not customer service. The magic is when a company shows empathy for a genuine reason and acts accordingly. Very disappointed with @PrincessCruises who flash the rules against booking ref no 9HXKVR. A genuine reason and a very reasonable request can be agreed

@Saudi_Airlines The worst customer service. Call centre agents do not speak fluent english so unable to communicate. Damaged baggage Ticket number 1220543 accepted and then email received it is suspended. Nobody can provide the reason for why it is suspended. Can someone help?

@opodo the biggest crooks and crafty travel agent. They automatically charge you a renewal and ensure the email is sent after they have charged your card. Then drama. They charged me ยฃ89.99 then reduced it to ยฃ19.99. Theives and never going to deal with them. Disgraceful
