Does anyone have a contact for IFB corporate cause their customer care is non responsive. Upon being hounded to get an AMC for one of the micros I paid for it and now when I require service no one is showing up or taking calls. Smells like a scam @IndiaRepair1

@IndiaRepair1 @indiarepair1 my ticket numbers are as follows 1013170108, 1013193075, 1013193128. They were all cancelled automatically without the issue being resolved

@IndiaRepair1 @IndiaRepair1 The customer service person named Ravi was extremely rude and did not resolve my issue. Ms. khushi who contacted me for the AMC also stopped responding. Seems like they are running a scam by making people buy AMC and not providing any service.

@IndiaRepair1 @IndiaRepair1 It has been most disappointing dealing with IFB customer care. Have been a client for 10 yrs. I have purchased an AMC for micro and now that I require service they refuse to come to have a look. They keep booking tickets and then cancelling them. Can someone help.
